Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Currently, EMMBA delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or additional delivery charges added at checkout.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday) after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Total estimated delivery time is 2–6 business days.

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Which carriers do you use for delivery?
We ship using trusted UK delivery services including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. The carrier used may vary depending on the product, delivery location, and availability.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Support@emmba.com with your name and order number.
Can I ship items from one order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the address. Once dispatched, we will need to wait for the item to be returned before resending it.
What is the maximum legal delivery timeframe?
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be notified and offered the option to cancel for a full refund.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Items must be unused or lightly used and returned in reasonable condition with proof of purchase.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 72 hours), your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fees.
