We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday) depending on the delivery location and carrier service. Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping) is typically 2–6 business days.
Legal Delivery Timeframe
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if a specific delivery timeframe has not been agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days from the date of purchase. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be notified and offered the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted UK delivery services including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. The carrier used may vary depending on the product, delivery location, and availability.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after dispatch.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. If you need items delivered to different locations, please place separate orders.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Customers must contact support before returning any item to receive return instructions.
