Return Eligibility

Return shipping is free. EMMBA covers all return shipping costs for both defective and non-defective items.

You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Both defective and non-defective products are accepted
  • Items must be unused or lightly used
  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition
  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may be excluded from returns where permitted by law. If an item is not eligible, this will be communicated during the return request process.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Step 3: Return the Item

After approval, return the item using a trackable shipping method.
A valid tracking number is required.

Accepted return methods may include:

  • Mail
  • Courier drop-off location

Refund Process

  • Returned items are inspected within 72 hours of receipt
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are included when applicable
  • No restocking fees are charged

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items within 90 days of delivery.
