Replacement Products
If you are eligible for a replacement, EMMBA will provide an identical product or a product of comparable value. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer one of the following options depending on availability and the nature of the issue:
- A replacement product
- A full refund
Warranty Coverage
EMMBA offers a three-year limited warranty on products sold through our store unless otherwise stated on the product page. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse
- Accidents
- Unauthorized modifications
- Improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty Claims

Claim Review
Our team will review the information provided to determine if the issue qualifies under the warranty. If the claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund depending on product availability.
Returns for Warranty Claims
In some cases, you may be asked to return the product before a replacement or refund is issued. If a return is required, our support team will provide full instructions.
Consumer Rights
