We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom. No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on UK public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday) following payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on the destination and carrier. The total estimated delivery timeframe (processing + shipping) is 1–6 business days.

Legal Delivery Timeframe

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if no specific delivery timeframe has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase. If this timeframe cannot be met, you will be notified and offered the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using established UK delivery services, including Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. The selected carrier may vary based on product type, delivery location, and operational availability.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We currently do not support shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. For delivery to different locations, separate orders must be placed.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers must contact support prior to returning any item in order to receive return instructions.
